Even with a reservation my car wasn’t inspected until day 3 which cost me extra money with my rental. They also weren’t able to fix my problem fully and I feel taken advantage of and will never take my car t 3 which cost me extra money with my rental. My salesperson was not listed on this survey so I wrote him in, Michael Nguyen provided me with the best sales experience I have ever had at a dealership. His communication and understanding what my needs him in, Michael Nguyen provided me with the best sales experience I have ever had at a dealership. His communication and understanding what my needs and price points were was stellar. He worked past the end of his shift to see my transaction through. It was past closing so he asked me to bring the car back the next day to ensure it was clean, charged and provided me a great instruction to the cars features. Michael made me feel like I was a VIP and treated me with such respect that if there is a reward for employees he should be the recipient of that award. More
