It is ridiculous to allow a person to "reserve" a shuttle ride when scheduling an appointment online, only to discover that they in fact do not offer shuttle service when you arrive. My service rep, who I ad ride when scheduling an appointment online, only to discover that they in fact do not offer shuttle service when you arrive. My service rep, who I admit did a fine job (Eferian), said we have signs posted. But, once you're there and haven't arranged for a ride, it's too late. I suggested removing it from the website, apparently I'm not the first to make this request. I'll probably go to Long Beach next time. More
