Dino and Mark were wonderful to work with. I first engaged with Dino over the weekend and he immediately provided his contact information for me to check back about new inventory on the 2025 O I first engaged with Dino over the weekend and he immediately provided his contact information for me to check back about new inventory on the 2025 Optiq. He kept me informed about the car status and availability to view, and was extremely efficient and helpful when I came in to ultimately lease the vehicle less than a week later. Mark also was very professional and friendly and was great and explaining all of the signatures and financial paperwork. It was a relief to have such a straightforward and friendly leasing experience. The only thing I will note is that the car itself has what I believe to be a defect. I viewed several brand new Optiqs at two different dealerships and noticed there is discoloration on the Noir interiors with the stitching. The stitching looks as if it should be pure white and is in most areas, however, in both the front and back seats on multiple vehicles, the stitching goes from pure white to an amber or yellowish color as if something spilled on it. For a car of this caliber, this doesn’t seem to be intentional and is hard to look past. I’m hoping Cadillac addresses this in the future. More
