The service overall was great and the advisor was knowledgeable and helpful. But, the appointment scheduling system is not of much help as I set up a previous appt and when I walk in there at 3 for a knowledgeable and helpful. But, the appointment scheduling system is not of much help as I set up a previous appt and when I walk in there at 3 for an oil change, I was advised to leave though there was 3 more working hours in the day to do an oil change that takes 20 minutes. So, can we please do something about it and make the more scheduling efficient so that we don't have to go back after showing up for an appt. Thanks. More
