I had to return the vehicle after a repair was done on right signal light because the right backup light was not working now . Service Advisor sent me a text that "the tech is saying that someone went in right signal light because the right backup light was not working now . Service Advisor sent me a text that "the tech is saying that someone went in there after he repaired that socket and ripped off that bulb" When I went to pick it up I questioned the text, why would "someone" besides the tech take out the bulb? He responded by saying well sometimes it is taken somewhere else afterwards and I said why would we do that since it was repaired by you? I told him he really needed to provide better customer service instead of accusing me, no apology or acknowledgement that the tech probably took out the bulb? Penske should provide more extensive customer service training to their Service Advisors! More
