Penske Cadillac of South Bay

This was my 1st service on my Cadillac. Normal service, Oil change, tires rotated, fluid check, etc. I waited 3 hours for this to be done and I set an appointment for early morning. There are many choices of places that I can "pull up, oil change" and go in less than 20-30 minutes. I eventually had to reach out to the Service Manager to resolve the long wait. I opted out of the car wash as I can only imagine how much longer I would have waited. We are all busy, but 3 hours for basic service is too much. I asked, but there was no loaner car available for use. Imagine, almost 1/2 a day wasted for this. Very disappointing. More
