Professional and friendly. The only negative thing I found is their customer lounge seating. It is horribly in need of new chairs. Currently, the seating is so uncomfortable and low to the ground, that you almost fall into the chairs and when you try to stand up, that is a whole new issue. I finally struggled to the point where I went and sat in the other waiting area with cafeteria-style seating. I witnessed customer after customer also having the same stress and trouble sitting in the seats and later trying to stand back up. More

Giovanna's efficiency and straightforward approach made the entire process remarkably smooth and enjoyable, which is a pleasant contrast to my usual experiences with car buying.
