Had an entire deal written up the day before so I could show up and sign paperwork. Still took over 3 hours to process. Then signed the paperwork, to wait another hour for the vehicle to be washed and gass show up and sign paperwork. Still took over 3 hours to process. Came out to scratch’s and a dent in my vehicle and still don’t have an updated due bill from the general manager for remedy.
