No loaner cars, shuttle or Uber/Lyft service provided for customers. Only car dealership that doesn’t provide transportation if any kind. Also, my vehicle needed new drivers side door handle. When I returned customers. Only car dealership that doesn’t provide transportation if any kind. Also, my vehicle needed new drivers side door handle. When I returned to pick up vehicle the (new?) door handle was completely unattached on the right hand side. Had to find my service advisor to show him and he took car back to service department to have it fixed. I paid $525 for a new handle that wasn’t even properly installed. Also paid $70 for my Uber service to get home and back to dealership to pick off my car. Lousy customer service! More
