I asked for oil change and alignment. They assured me th car would be driven nd checked to see if I needed the front wheel only or the all wheel therefore not having to spend more than I needed too. Heat wave/air conditioner breaks down/called monday morning and was told bring it down at my leisure/I couldn't get it there till 200pm....no problem/arrived,problem diagnosed in 10 minutes/parts neede morning and was told bring it down at my leisure/I couldn't get it there till 200pm....no problem/arrived,problem diagnosed in 10 minutes/parts needed /I was offered a loaner car and was out of there in 20 minutes/ wife and I had several plans and were able to do what we needed to in comfort/ message on machine tuesday evening indicating car was done/ picked car up Wenesday morning/service has been consistently outstanding since I puchased my vehicle/ this episode was the icing on the cake/ I live 55 miles away and my next vehicle will be purchased and serviced here. More
