Purchased a used car with relatively low mileage (61K miles) but it needed $6,300 in repairs, which is excessive for a vehicle that only cost $15K. The call center schedules appts for Cerritos and told my wife that the window person is only there on Tuesdays and Fridays. I made an appt for Friday, however Stephanie from Cerritos said they have to let t wife that the window person is only there on Tuesdays and Fridays. I made an appt for Friday, however Stephanie from Cerritos said they have to let the window person know to come. So I wasted my time going on Friday and she had to call the window person to schedule a new appt. The call center should be aware of this instead of scheduling appts and not having this information . Also the call center person was suppose to put all the notes in about the reason for the appt including I can on March 5 for the same repair and she did not. The appt was made on Tuesday April 9. When Cerritos got the appt they should have made sure the window person could be they’re. Stop wasting customers time More
