My opinion is I would not recommend this dealership. There is a lack of aftercare when you leave the dealer when you call back there’s not a lot of response for any issues you have. More

While we did request the MSO immediately from the manufacturer, we have still not received it. Our Finance Manager, Ocatavio spoke with you on Wednesday 6/4/2025 via email and phone and gave you further instructions to contact your lienholder because they have the title. At no time did anyone say a word about a MSO was required until I call a week after I got home 1000 miles away and told y’all I could not register my car in my state. If you want to get into it. When I bought the suv online and filled out all the paperwork I had one request I want to do all the paperwork online before I get there as I’m traveling 1000 miles and want to leave shortly after getting there. The very first thing I was told was I need to fill out all the paperwork I done on line in ink on paper…. And then it took over 3 hrs for y’all to get the paperwork finished so I could leave. I was handed no paperwork just a flash drive and was told this is everything you need to register your car in your state. And I had to print out. GM financing and my state both said the paperwork was done incorrectly to register the car. To prove this I received a (state of California department of motor vehicles registration card with a license plate number of 5QUB157 so where are these plates????date of issue is 05092025. Would you like a copy of the registration only have to ask…. Since I only was able to get a one way trip permit from California one I made it home I can not drive it till it’s registered. So here it’s been a month with out being able to drive it but I’m have to make payments and ins payment. I was promised a couple of times that this would be fixed and MOS paperwork would be overnighted but still nothing. The last phone conversation by the finance manager was to call GM financial that will be able to get you the paperwork you need faster. So like I said NO AFTER CARE. I would not buy from this dealer again.
