What would have occurred if I didn’t have enough money to pay? The dealership knows the typical added cost and not the consumer. I’m not upset the service rep, but I do not want other customer to experience this going forward and hope this is really read and considered. Thank you More

I love doing business with Pensacola Honda. My CRV is several years old now & is.in great shape. If/when it comes time to replace it, I’m sure I’ll be a repeat customer. Great people and great work but a courtesy car (scheduler said no) would’ve been a great help overnight since husband has dementia and we couldn’t wait hours for the recalls to be fixed. The service was good. However, I did not feel safe in the shop or the waiting area. The dealership did not practice good COVID-19 safety procedures. I noted at least 7 staff members not wearing a mask. In the waiting room there was 3 people waiting and none were wearing a mask. I took a picture for proof in case you want to see it. I did not see any signs that said masks were required or even recommended. I walked into the show room to kill time and found one salesman with no mask on or around his neck. The whole environment was unsafe. Heck, even Walmart does better than this. I will shop for a safe environment the next time I have automotive needs. More

As always, the personnel in the service department performed with professionalism, kindness, courtesy, and good listening skills.
