Made an 8:30 appt; arrived at 8:10 and got in line; 3 cars in front of me. No one spoke to me or approached my car until all 3 cars in front of me had cleared the lane. Two other cars that arrived afte cars in front of me. No one spoke to me or approached my car until all 3 cars in front of me had cleared the lane. Two other cars that arrived after me but got in the second service lane were handled before me. Very poor service in my opinion. More
Honda's recall notice was received and mailed back 3 weeks ago. My Friday call resulted in a Monday appt., an easy 1+ hour until the car was ready, nicely washed, with friendly service agent Jeremy (who weeks ago. Melissa in service was great, she addressed all of my requests and was very professional. I'm so happy to be a HONDA owner and one reason is your dealership and personnel who are employed there. Colby was great. He got me in and out of the dealership in under an hour for a software update. Nice to have the car cleaned also. I went in to get my transmission filter and fluid changed. Also I needed the cabin air filter changed. I told them that the motor oil did not need changed as it had 60% life. They changed the motor oil anyway, an extra charge that I didn"t need !!! I will look elsewhere for service in the future ! More
