My technician, Mitch Hayward, stayed in touch, got my approval for the required service, and got me back on the road with a truck that sounded better than it had in years, without costing an arm and a leg. This is the best experience that I have had in a dealership service center, and highly recommend Pensacola Honda. More

Best Experience I did not have an appointment with a battery that was still under warranty that kept dying, they were awesome got me in and out in a timely fashion f I did not have an appointment with a battery that was still under warranty that kept dying, they were awesome got me in and out in a timely fashion for not having an appointment. We all knew it was the battery and the 1st machine kept saying no- good battery but after further investigating the machine finally registered faulty battery.
