Most unpleasant car buying experience ever. From the start to finish of buying a car here, it was by far the worst experience I have ever dealt with going through a dealership. After waiting she finally found the car which a quick test drive was easy call that we were ok to purchase. Then we waited over an hour to be told most of the banks were closed and to come back in the next day to finance. We did which took another hour or so and after signing all the papers I sent my husband and children home since it was late (baths and bedtime) and as I am waiting for the car to be "detailed" I notice half of the paperwork is for a Sentra and the other half of the paperwork vin number was an Altima. I brought it to her attention and she quickly ran off with the paperwork and a few minutes later a manager came out and told me, "I have never had to do this before, but there is a mix up in vehicles. The car out there is another $3,000 dollars and we'll have to redo the financing" Which of course all the banks are closed. So I go out to the parking lot all upset asking my husband to yank the kids out of their bath and come pick me up. I am looking at the car outside waiting and it's not even the same car we test drove. As the manager is locking up I approach him and tell him, "This is not the car we test drove, we drove a Sentra, not this Altima". I then asked him, "Do you have a Sentra on your lot" and he said yes. Then I knew they goofed up everything. It was a nightmare. It took three days to buy a car and still am super disappointed in Honda. I have never had such a bad experience at a dealership, which I called the manager to discuss this and leave feedback and never had a call back. We were also told from the shop guy he would order us a touch up paint because when they detailed car, it was grinder to the metal from one of the buffers on the hood. We have called and left messages with both the management and shop guys and never heard back. I do not understand how someone can come in and buy a car and you show your customers are the least of your priorities. I will never buy another car again from Pensacola Honda. For myself having a business degree, I at least know that customers make your business a success or failure. You should treat them like they are a little more valuable. I bought my truck from Craigslist and had a much more pleasant experience. Thumbs down Pensacola Honda. Still have yet to get any paperwork regarding the warranty we purchased either. The guy doing our financing is the ONLY reason we bought the car after all this. He was the only one looking out for us. More
Routine Maintenance Had an appointment at the new location which was impressive to start with. Best Experience I did not have an appointment with a battery that was still under warranty that kept dying, they were awesome got me in and out in a timely fashion f I did not have an appointment with a battery that was still under warranty that kept dying, they were awesome got me in and out in a timely fashion for not having an appointment. We all knew it was the battery and the 1st machine kept saying no- good battery but after further investigating the machine finally registered faulty battery. They were persistent to get the problem fixed. Most definitely would recommend. More

Very satisfied customer Great service and immediate repair. Our car has 180,000 miles and is used by my wife as a truck and grand-children get around car. Was surprised to get an appointment for Monday a couple days after Hurricane Nate. Had a bad radiator fan motor which was immediately replaced along with other required service items. Was impressed with the help from my advisor Robert Lockhart. Highly recommend these guys. More

Recalls and a Lifetime seatbelt warranty service done Airbag recalls and seatbelt lamp handled in timely fashion. Seatbelt issue repaired under lifetime warranty. Small non aggressive effort made to add addional services. Also spent a relaxed, non pressured hour, looking at new cars with Mr. Jim Clark, who was very knowledgeable. Our 2005 Pilot not quite used up yet but we are thinking of replacement in not too distant future. More
Beware of service dealer recommendations The Pensacola Honda Service Department garage customer service rep, is slick, recommends a number of items not needed and not going by the offered rem The Pensacola Honda Service Department garage customer service rep, is slick, recommends a number of items not needed and not going by the offered reminder codes or the owner manual guide lines. But stating, if it is not done, the warranty could be declined. Specifically on all items, 1. Code not visible, but was told work needed to be done. 2. Another procedure done 15k miles premature. 3. Another procedure done, and was told it was part of one of the services, and this procedure should have been looked at by the mechanic prior to service being done, and wasn't. A basic A1 code cost nearly twice as much as what an offered dealer coupon offers. So just beware of the recommendations, and stick to the codes, and the owner manual. Makes me sick, someone would provide customer service like that. More
