Airbag Recall We received a letter from Honda that service needed to be scheduled to replace the airbag due to a recall. An appointment was scheduled for Saturday, We received a letter from Honda that service needed to be scheduled to replace the airbag due to a recall. An appointment was scheduled for Saturday, October 26th. The car was dropped off Friday afternoon. Shortly after dropping the car off, my husband received a call saying the dealership was out of air bags. This was very disappointing seeing that the recall was a Honda issue. I also asked for a loaner car which this dealership does not provide. More

I love my new red civic sport I stopped into the dealership to get a battery for my key fob. On my way out I stopped to admire a red civic sport in the showroom where I met Rocco. I stopped into the dealership to get a battery for my key fob. On my way out I stopped to admire a red civic sport in the showroom where I met Rocco. I told him I currently drove a civic coupe and had about 8 months left on the lease term. He proceeded to tell me I didn't need to wait and I could take advantage of end of model year deals. To make a long story short, he put together the numbers and I was sold. Rocco was a joy to deal with, knowledgeable, professional and very personable as well as patient. He made my buying experience enjoyable, and all in about 2 hours. More

On the spot caring for my Accord. I took my car in to Pensacola Honda and from the minute I arrived they were working on my car doing things I needed to be checked. They filled the win I took my car in to Pensacola Honda and from the minute I arrived they were working on my car doing things I needed to be checked. They filled the windshield washer. Confirmed the oil level before changing it. Checked the air in the tires and placed floor mat paper and seat protective cover on my car. Then the Advisor Mitch Hayward checked my records and confirmed with me the service required and explained what Honda recommended. We talked and made sure I was happy with what service was going to be performed. Then I was offered coffee or a drink and a donut, I was hungry. My Accord Hybrid came back washed and Mitch again explained what had been done and what I should expect on my next visit so I would not be surprised next time. Even an estimate for my next service. Yes, they are a little higher than a local shop but they have the right tools and parts. The next time my wife gets in the car I know she will be happy and the car will operate safely. More
