Let me start off by saying, “I love my new Honda” and love the salesperson just as much. I had been working with my salesperson Cynthia since last year when I started looking at vehicles. I wasn’t to anxious to buy a vehicle then and just wanted to get the right vehicle when the time was right. She understood that completely and did not pressure me. She did however kept me aware when they have the certain vehicle I wanted was available and at a price I could budget. Even when we tried, and she tried hard, to get approved for a vehicle one time, that fail through but she didn’t just leave me hanging. She continued to stay in touch until I found a vehicle. My experience with Cynthia was more personable than business. Also, the day I got the car, I was in hurry and had to get to work. She understood that and did everything expeditiously.
