It was all good, I am a repeat buyer from Pensacola Honda, and the team is very nice, professional and competent. If there is one area of improvement, I would suggest is that the purchasing process cou Honda, and the team is very nice, professional and competent. If there is one area of improvement, I would suggest is that the purchasing process could be streamlined. The process was quite sequential so as a result the purchase took over seven hours. It seems many of the purchase steps could have been concurrent and the dealership should have a goal to reducing the purchase process to less than 3 hours from the time the deal is struck to the time driving out the door.
