Made an 8:30 appt; arrived at 8:10 and got in line; 3 cars in front of me. No one spoke to me or approached my car until all 3 cars in front of me had cleared the lane. Two other cars that arrived afte cars in front of me. No one spoke to me or approached my car until all 3 cars in front of me had cleared the lane. I went in to get my transmission filter and fluid changed. Also I needed the cabin air filter changed. I told them that the motor oil did not need changed as it had 60% life.
