Ashley Williams was TRULY OUTSTANDING in facilitating our trading in our OVER 250k miles van for a brand-new Odessy WITH A/C. His supervisor Jake was terrific and helped us feel valued as customers. After trading in our OVER 250k miles van for a brand-new Odessy WITH A/C. His supervisor Jake was terrific and helped us feel valued as customers. After the sale, Ashley took the time to help me, THE ORIGINAL TECH DINOSAUR, get my Android phone synched up on Bluetooth, got the FM/AM radio pre-sets in, and set me up with all the stations I could handle on XM Satellite Radio. YES THIS VEHICLE HAS the AM BAND. Pending regulations banning AM radio notwithstanding, I WILL NEVER PURCHASE A VEHICLE that does not have AM radio. This is a not-so-subtle government attempt at CENSORSHIP of alternative voices on AM stations. DO NOT LET the federal government determine what voices are "PERMISSIBLE" on the airwaves. Again, I WILL NOT BUY a vehicle that does not have an AM band. I PAID CASH for the full amount of this vehicle, and I would hope you as a brand and dealership network will continue to support FREEDOM. More
All of the sales and business staff were very responsive and helpful, especially Wes Howell and Shelby who stayed in constant contact with us. and helpful, especially Wes Howell and Shelby who stayed in constant contact with us. More
The people at Pensacola were very friendly and they had a good selection of vehicles that I was interested in. They had taken quite a few new Honda's and leased them out in 2020 and they had just gotten many good selection of vehicles that I was interested in. They had taken quite a few new Honda's and leased them out in 2020 and they had just gotten many of them back and I had my choice of some low mileage ones that looked excellent. After I got home and the detailing chemicals wore off, the wear on the vehicle started showing and the age marks came back and it needed some more work by me to make it look nice again and I am still working on it. It's like when they shampoo your carpet in a new apartment, the new effect wears off after a short time and your carpet looks old again. When I picked the car up, my new salesman wasn't very knowledgeable about the operation of my Honda CR-V so I left to figure out everything on my own. The cars drive very well and I am happy with everything except the side traffic monitor. I really depended on this feature on my old car, a Chrysler Town and Country to warn me of traffic coming when I am backing out of parking spots or when I am backing into something, but my Honda has yet to let out a single peep of warning. The directions say for it to work properly, the cross traffic has to be going a certain speed, I have to be going a certain speed in reverse and the angles have to be correct. With my Chrysler, it just worked all the time. But I got a great price and everything else is great. Before I started looking, I decided Adaptive Speed Control was all I really wanted and now I have it and it works excellently. Plus, I am figuring out everything else out fine. I brought my own pre-approved financing through USAA so all they had to do was process the paperwork so I missed all that noise, but there was still the onslaught of useless sales pitches for around $3500 worth of items I didn't need or want that I had to refuse multiple times and keep insisting that they weren't necessary and I wasn't interested. Dealers in the past used to try and sell you a $400 undercoat treatment that you absolutely had to have or the car wouldn't last a year, now it's a paint treatment because it seems they only put one coat on at the factory. It seems there are only Honda dealers every 100 miles so Pensacola Honda is about the only option. More
