Excellent customer service from Michael Cupp. He made sure every detail was taken care of… having two buyers in two different states made it essential to get it right the first time. We could not have asked for a nicer, more accommodating salesperson! Michael was on top of it every step of the way… from the first visit when the car was pulled up and waiting for me when I arrived to test drive, to the pick up day where he came and picked me up to get me to the showroom and all the fun steps in between. I really enjoyed working with him and he will have all my future business. I’m sure he will have my daughters business also, since she (active duty out of state) was also given daily updates on the progress of the purchase. He helped her walk through her first major purchase with the patients of a saint. Thank you Michael for all you do, you are an asset to Pensacola Honda. More
