How do I say this. .... This was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle from any dealership. My salesman Zach Tocci was new in the dealership, I must s .... This was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle from any dealership. My salesman Zach Tocci was new in the dealership, I must say this man is the most kind, patient and professional I have ever experienced on a car lot. After asking us the basic questions and actually listening to our concerns, wants needs and vehicle desired. Zach made just one suggestion of the type of Suv we wanted. I wanted a HR-V LX in white. Zach took us to see what we asked for. Of course it you desired a little more equipment he knew where and explained the differences to make sure he covered the basics...well done. When we decided on the vehicle we went inside to get ideas about payment and down required. The best part of this dreaded process is Zach just asked "ok you mentioned this much down what payment were you thinking..etc. Zach did not fight us on down or desired payment. Again what a great experience. After he came back with the numbers. We did let him and the dealership management know we cannot make a decision right then. That day I visited 4 dealerships. Of all the dealers in 2 places the staff had NO interest in helping us and at the first store the vehicle I looked at just did not fit the bill. So at least there I can say thank you to them and give a honorable mention. Now back to Pensacola Honda, We called them up and gathering the information we need to make a decision. We again dealt with Zach and again the deal was all but flawless. Working with Zach was again great, The finance manager Amir was great we met him the previous day. Finally the Sales manager came out to personally thank us for the business and spend 10-15 minutes just chatting with us. There were smile all around and I got to say for a Tuesday afternoon they were busy with at least 4 customers buying right along side us. There was no tension to be had in the store that I noticed. Everything went very smooth from beginning to delivery. If you want a Honda of anykind You should give these folks a try. I have never had such a great buying experience as I have had today. if I could give a solid 10/10 I would. More
