David Salkin was calm and very low key, he was extremely helpful as he listened well and knew his product. I asked him not to call and He DID as I asked. I asked him to give me his best price, he did, and they won out over 4 other dealers. I came in we did some further negotiations and we wrote the deal that same day. Ray the sales manager at Penn Toyota, was also instrumental in soothing my nerves as I had visited no less than 3 other toyota dealer that same day I was told many things that were in fact just come ones or bate and switch routines. Ray and David KEPT THEIR WORD! I would highly recommend David Salkin as a wonderful calm low key excellent salesman and Ray as a hands on manager. Ray keep up the good work you have a great facility.
