My experience at Penn was top notch. I didn't realize how terrible my previous experience and another dealership was until I bought a car at Penn. I have to say that David was never pushy, very professional, and seemed so eager to get me into the car that I wanted. He gave me a great price on my trade in and went above and beyond what I would consider to be "customer service" by giving me free door and wheel safety trim while my car was being fitted for door moldings (an after market add on). He felt bad that I had to wait a few extra minutes at their lovely service lounge so he had all that extra trim added as a surprise. I have to say, it really made my day. Joni Glantz patiently and intelligently answered all of my questions and even called me on her day off because of my travel schedule. Christopher Penn helped make our lease payment more affordable with incentives and also made the return of my prior leased Toyota convenient. This dealership is very profesionally run and the service department has always accomodated my family's hectic schedule and given us terrific service. Penn Toyota was the last stop of many in my search for a 2011 Hylander. I was greeted by salesman Robert Piriano. From the beginning I felt very comfortable.
