I can’t speak highly enough about my experiences at Penn Toyota. I leased my first Prius from them in 2010 and leased my second one about 6 weeks ago. The exceptional service provided by Jimmy Miga (Service Manager) has kept me coming back. The service provided AFTER you make the purchase means everything to me. Jimmy takes every concern seriously (no matter how trivial). If he doesn’t have the answer, he will get it. He follows up. He makes himself completely accessible to customers and he is always pleasant and professional. Jimmy has always provided me with a loaner car if they needed to keep my car overnight. He’s honest and provides realistic expectations and because of that, he is able to deliver on his promises. This man always goes the extra mile. He is all about customer service and will always find a way to make things right. He’s made me a very loyal customer. The entire facility was renovated about a year ago. The space is very comfortable and the waiting area has a large screen television, and beverages are available. Joni Glantz is the master sales consultant who took me through the lease process this time around. I found Joni to be honest and knowledgeable. She guided me and let me know at what point a new lease would make financial sense and when it would not. She followed up on everything she said. She is VERY dedicated and went way beyond in so many ways. She made sure that I knew she was accessible to me even on her days off. She stayed very late to work with me on several occasions. Anytime I had a question she did not know, she made sure to find out. Never double talk. Completely trustworthy. Always respectful. Never pushy. Joni conveyed that she cared and that she believes in the cars she sells and she worked with me to get the best deal possible. I hope to have her sell and lease my cars for years to come. I will highly recommend her to anyone interested in purchasing a Toyota vehicle. Others I’ve worked with at this dealership who are worthy of special mention because they too are VERY customer service oriented: Ray Bell (Sales Manager) who sat down with me to fully explain what all the “numbers” meant. Laurie Guigliano (Service Department) who is my “go to” person for scheduling service appointments and arranging for loaner cars. I live literally two minutes from a different Toyota dealership. My experience at Penn Toyota is so far superior that it is worth my traveling 30 – 40 minutes to get there. More
Mike Piedmont made us feel comfortable from the beginning. He was friendly and gave us the feeling that here was a person we could work with. Mike determined what model we were interested in and ma beginning. He was friendly and gave us the feeling that here was a person we could work with. He brought up a Sienna and not only explained the features, but demonstrated them. We were able to agree on a mutually acceptable price and the sale was completed. Mike invited us back if we had any further questions about the cars features. We were very pleased with the relationship we developed with Mike and Penn Toyota. More

When it came to numbers ray and James and Dom matched the numbers from the other store with no questions asked . I appreciated the fact that Joe did not try to push models which I was not interested in. He was very straightforward and to the point regarding my need and the product which fit it. After going to a couple of dealers was not as impressed as I was with Penn Toyota and my salesman Joe Jordan. Joe showed me everything i asked for and many options. This place is pretty horrible; however, I must add that many dealerships in this area are likewise. My problems here surfaced when I first went to purchase a vehicle in 2012. I was given an “out the door price” that I was told was the complete price inclusive of everything - tax, DMV charges etc. To my surprise, when I went in to purchase the vehicle the next day I was told there was a misunderstanding or miscommunication somewhere. Additional charges were being assessed. I advised the manager and rep that I was given a price that was inclusive of everything and now that was changing. I told the manager I would take my business elsewhere not because of the few hundred dollar difference but because of the broken commitment...I did! I purchase my vehicle at another Toyota dealership within a day or two. Now, I have had 5 service encounters with Toyota as regards the Toyota Care package. After a gut feeling after the second service or so I began to number my tires and note things on the vehicle to see what was actually being done relative to what was supposed to be done. On my fifth service I decided to go to Penn Toyota for convenience as it is the closest location to my house. This was the ONLY service I had done out of the 5 at this location and I proceeded with numbering my tires. After waiting about 40 or so minutes approximately I was given my vehicle back with documentation showing that the tires had been rotated and a whole host of other things done. Now, that was CLEARLY NOT the case. My tires were not rotated. My liquids were NOT topped off. Inconsistencies in my tire tread with earlier services were clear and my gut said that a whole lot more was NOT done that was checked as having been done. This dealership is definitely NOT a dealership I will go back to and I would suggest you follow suit! In addition, I called up Toyota Care's national number to complain about what I experienced and was essentially told that there is little recourse for anything as the issues are addressed through the that specific dealership. This made no sense to me and I thought it best to put this review up and look-up additional options - looking into a BBB filing and other things. I would STRONGLY recommend others follow suit with their complaints and check-up to insure they are not being defrauded as well! More
