Awful Customer Service!!! My wife had a service appointment (oil change) on Saturday morning (9/2/17) for a minivan. They said she would be the first appointment and would be out of there with in the hour. She got to the appointment on time and waited for 2 hours until she talked to service and learned they still didn't start working on her car. She asked for a loaner so she can leave but they didn't have any available. They also told her there was a recall and would need to keep the car for a few days. She decided to take the minivan home without having the oil change done and made an appointment to have the recall and servicing done on Wednesday (9/6/17). A man by the name of CHRIS told her she would have a loaner waiting for her so when she comes back on Wednesday. Guess what? She went back and took all the baby seats out of the minivan so she could put them in the loaner. They told her they were out of loaners, AGAIN. To top it all off, she learned the guy named CHRIS who promised she would be taken care of with a loaner was CHRIS PENN, the owner of Penn Toyota. She asked to speak to Chris since he is the one that told her she would have a loaner and they told her "Chris is in a meeting". WELL DONE CHRIS. YOU JUST LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER! More

Horrible experience! Went to this Toyota dealer to look into purchasing a new car. The service was acceptable until it got to the negotiation of sale. They became rude, condescending and tried different ways to manipulate me by deceiving and withholding crucial information. Terms were not clearly set until I specifically confronted them and read into every detail in documents before I signed. It was a horrible experience there being insulted repeatedly. They (Mr. Penn in particular) also insulted me, called me "naive" and swore I would never find a better deal at other Toyota dealer. I ended up buying a new 2017 RAV4 at another Toyota dealer in Valley Stream for $ couple thousands less with much better service. I never felt cornered, disrespected or deceived at the other dealer like I did here. Don't be tricked by them; try another Toyota dealer! More

Purchased used car - Beaware - VERY Unsatisfied I purchased a used 2007 Land Cruiser from Penn Toyota over the Internet / telephone (I live in a different state). Prior to purchase, I received a current evaluation of the car from their service department which said the car was in "excellent condition" across every category. 6 weeks after purchasing the car, I took the LC into my local Toyota dealer and they found 5 significant things wrong with the car that they said Penn Toyota should have caught during the inspection that totaled more than $2,500 (leaking water pump, etc.). I presented the invoice to Penn Toyota and they offered to pay for less than $500 of total bill. Despite a polite request to reconsider, this was denied. I would not purchase a car from Penn again.
