The didn’t follow thru with promises. Purchase seemed to go flawless. As I went to drive away, realized one of the key fobs didn’t work. They handed me a paper and said ‘call this guy and he will repair and reprogram it’. Used the other key fob and drove away. Couldn’t lock car when I arrived home. Next day changes batter only to realize that key fob is also damaged. When I finally got in the trunk, realized the mats that they changed out were for a different car. I immediately called. I was told by Patrick that they would make good on the mats and he would personally mail them out. Found out that ‘their key guy’ does not fix or program key fobs. Also found out that they cost 300$ each. Called office several times only to have receptionists continually hang up the phone. Also found out today, Saturday, that they will not mail me the mats as promised. In fact, everything they promised to do after the sale, they have failed to do. I will take care of this on my own, but will never do business with them again, or recommend their services. I look forward to the day I can refinance and not have anything to do with PENN Auto. Such a shame. Really had a good feeling about Patrick when I looked at the car. I plan on keeping my vehicle, not taking advantage of the three day exchange, as I do not want anything to do with these people. Also plan on returning the wrong mats so that the person who buys the car that they fit will have the correct mats. Lesson learned, the hard way. More
Long but enjoyable experience Miguel was my sales rep. He was very easy to talk to and patient while their were issues on my part with my bank. He was so helpful when he told us th Miguel was my sales rep. He was very easy to talk to and patient while their were issues on my part with my bank. He was so helpful when he told us that he could get us car insurance right there on the spot and drive the car home that day! (We did not have a car or existing insurance). I would recommend Miguel and Penn Auto Group to anyone looking for an affordable used car. More

Service doesn't care Had a free oil change after the purchase of my car at the NJ Star Auto Mall. Was not exactly pleased that I had to drive all the way out to Allentown Had a free oil change after the purchase of my car at the NJ Star Auto Mall. Was not exactly pleased that I had to drive all the way out to Allentown to get this service done, but they did do it for free which is why I went. I asked them to check out my trunk not closing and they only told me, upon asking again at the end of the service, that it was lubricated it and it seemed fine. I went out to my car in the parking lot and open the trunk, tried to close it, and it would not close unless I slammed it. My service reminder indicator also not reset, so I had to look up instructions to do that myself. They also listed the current date and mileage on the maintenance reminder sticker so I just removed it. I may use my one other free oil change next time, but at that I don't think I'll be taking advantage of the $5 off coupons I have. Also, I just noticed yesterday that one of my front tires was extremely, unevenly worn and while I'm sure it isn't their fault, if they had so much as checked the air or looked at it, it should've been noticed. I have a hard time believing that no one saw this and mentioned it as it does not match any other wear (getting a new set of front tires and an alignment this week to correct the issue). More
