I had been kicking the tires of new vehicles for a few months and had things narrowed down to either their Outback or a Forrester somewhere else. Andrew and my family helped me weigh the options and decide on the Forrester. They didn't have it in stock but found one and fully matched the other dealer's offer, plus free oil changes for life!
