The lady who made contact with us initially and scheduled our appointment to come view the car was not there when we arrived for our meeting so we ended up working with Aaron Hill. It was a dark rainy night and Aaron pulled the car up under a lighted covered area for us to view. He then let us take the car out for a drive by ourselves which my wife really appreciated. It took us several days to decide that the Outback was the car that we wanted. By that time the one we had driven was already sold. It was the exact color and options package we were looking for so we were a little disappointed. The dealership went to work and found another one for us and had it there within a week, then held it for us till we could make it in to make the purchase. Aaron was very passionate about the brand and shared a lot of good information with us, but did not use any high pressure tactics. When we went is to close the deal and sign the papers the process was very easy and didn't take as long as we thought it would. We did the credit app on line in advance which helped. The only negative was that after our first viewing we would get daily e-mails thanking us for coming in and asking if we had any questions, but when I would respond to those messages, I got no response back. I don't know if they are just automated messages or what, but if you don't intend to reply to me, don't send me messages. We love our new car and were very pleased with the buying experience overall. It had a few options we didn't need and DJ quickly found us a different car that had just come on the lot that day. It also had a few things we hadn't planned on, but they worked out a very fair price for the car. They also were very fair with the trade in we negotiated as part of the deal. When we came back to pick up the car, it was pristine and waiting for us in front of the showroom. DJ took a lot of time explaining the features of the car and when we left we could not have hoped for a more positive experience. We would highly recommend the dealership. Five star all the way. More

They have followed up with me multiple times in the first week that I owned the car to make sure that I am satisfied and all my questions have been answered. My only issue was a minor one. When I was negotiating the final price, they kept me waiting because the managers were in a meeting. We really like the Outback that we bought. More

In the process of hunting I had contacted DJ Dougherty by phone and was impressed by their helpfulness and attractive pricing on a vehicle similar to what I was seeking. So when it came time to buy I decided to call him back. I was glad I did as he was able to find the exact car I was seeking in a few minutes and provide a better price out the door then I had been able to obtain elsewhere. Adding the fact that they were relatively close and offered extras like "free oil changes" - it was an easy decision. It was all handled by phone in a few minutes. It was one of the quickest car purchases I have ever made. My decision was validated by how well organized everything was when it came time to pick up our car a couple of days later and complete the paperwork. The vehicle is loaded with high tech features, so we really appreciated that DJ took an hour to help us set up some of them and give us an orientation to the rest. We parted with an invitation to return to go over the car's features further after we had time get use to it. It appears after the sale service here is more then just a promise. It all happened because we took a few minutes to call back to check and see what they could offer. Good decision. More
