Having test-driven several comparable models at several nearby dealerships, I went online in search of the best deal. I contacted American Express, which offered me a good price on the model I wanted, and the names of dealerships which would honor that price. I was contacted by DJ Dougherty of Peninsula Subaru. The model, a 2016 Forester, was ordered from the factory. When it arrived, the Forester was driven to Sequim, to my driveway by two very nice gentlemen. How much more wonderful could this have been? It was like ordering from Amazon! This was simply the best car-buying experience ever! Thanks so much to DJ, Wayne, and Jim! I love my Forester! More

In fact, I ended up on I-5 in Seattle 3 days after buying the car, and the navigation system got me where I was going, and the safety features kept me aware of other vehicles, even in my blind spots.
