Our salesman, "Zach" was a no nonsense professional and a total pleasure to work with! Zach went out of his way to ensure our satisfaction, and when it comes time to trade-in, or buy again, I will ask for him by name. I gave 5 stars on all categories for this dealership, with the exception of customer service. The reason I didn't provide the 5th star was the fact that I had to buy my second key for the vehicle. This was something I had to do when I bought my first vehicle from this dealership. My recommendation to Peninsula Subaru is to provide two keys to your customers, whenever you sell a new or used vehicle. Otherwise, nothing but outstanding things to say about Peninsula Subaru! More
Friendly and efficient I had a perfectly wonderful Subaru Forester with a standard transmission. I have recently had a hiking accident where I sustained a very bad break to my ankle requiring me to wear a heavy cast and special shoe. This is not the first time my beloved shift has rendered me unable to drive. My blessed children and I discussed replacing my Forester with another, but with an automatic shift. I reluctantly (but realistically) ended my 62 love affair with stick shifts yesterday. Mr.Zach Epps patiently worked with me and my son-in-law to purchase a new 2018 Forester. There are so many details to take care of in such a transaction, but Zach handled every one of them with ease and expertise, including my Geico insurance and Washington plates. I have only lived here for two and a half months, but Zach knew all the right folks to call for each detail. I am so grateful for having been able to get my new Subaru without adding to the pain of my broken leg. Bravo! More

We have previously purchased 4 new vehicles from them and 4 days ago took delivery of our marvelous new 2018 Outback! I have always found the entire staff to be professional, friendly and totally knowledgeable about their jobs and the vehicles. DJ Dougherty, Josh Holderbach, John Beck and of course the owner, John Dionas, are standouts to me. We would not consider going anywhere else, and feel that everyone has made us part of their Subaru family. When there is an occasion, we always recommend the dealership to friends. More

When we call they are as interested in what we want as before we bought. Kevin took a great deal of time to go over the features of the car and the Starlink system. Extended Warranty Scam Purchased an extended warranty on car. However, the warranty I purchased was not registered with the company I purchased it with. Instead, the warranty was registered with another company. When I caught the error and brought to the attention of the dealership, I was shown the paperwork showing I purchased the other warranty. When I compared the warranty purchase forms to my sales receipt it showed otherwise. I did in fact purchase the that was not registered. It's sad the dealership did not further assist in resolving this issue and only showed me the information they wanted me to know. There are others who had the same experience. I'm thinking a class action law suit would change the way they do business. More

Don't believe their offers Peninsula responded by email when I requested pricing on a Subaru Limited. They provided a quote with a VIN number, color and other info about the veh Peninsula responded by email when I requested pricing on a Subaru Limited. They provided a quote with a VIN number, color and other info about the vehicle. I was told that it was in transit and would be available the following week. I asked for additional information about the options that were installed. I received a response that said the car had arrived at the dealership and described the options that were available. I responded by email that I was interested and would drive to the dealership the next day. The salesman asked me to text him before I left. The next morning I sent a text to the salesman that we were leaving Seattle to drive to Bremerton. He responded: "drive safely." When we were about 20 minutes from the dealership we sent another text that we were close. No response, but none expected. When we arrived, the salesman was not there. We were told that he was not expected to be there that day but that someone else could help us. I showed them the email describing the vehicle we came to buy and the price. We were then told that the vehicle was in the back of the lot but that it wasn't for sale because they intended to use it as a loaner car for their service department. I was also told that the offer contained a price that was too low. The manager said that he was willing to give us a good deal on another model or a 2017 Crosstrek, but I had done my research and knew I wanted the the 2018 Crosstrek described in their email offer. He then said we could pay a $500 deposit to reserve a Crosstrek that would arrive in 6 weeks but that he would not honor the price I was quoted. That's when we left. Wasted two and a half hours driving there to have them dishonor an offer that they said was good through the end of the month. With these folks, even if it's in writing you can't trust them. More
