Use of a loaner car for such an expensive and lengthy service, particularly by a repeat customer, should be made known prior to arriving for the service appointment. The person who made my appointment would not commit to my use of a loaner car during the service and said I’d have to ask upon arrival. That meant I was in for a lengthy wait in their temporary waiting room if a loaner wasn’t available and caused me to consider having the service performed elsewhere for convenience reasons. As it turned out, I did go there and did get a loaner, but the possibility of not getting one after already being there was a huge turn off. 2. The loaner was given to me with a 1/4 tank of gas. The rental agreement showed that it was given to me with a full tank of gas. I had them correct and initial my copy and kept it. 10 days after the service I received a text with the rental agreement but no message. I replied to it by text and email asking why they sent it to me 10 days after the service and if it was related to the gas tank level upon return to look at the picture of the revised rental agreement I sent them which showed it was given to me with a 1/4 tank of gas. I never heard back from them again on this service short of the request to submit this review. The lesson here is to keep such documentation if needed later. Overall, am pleased with their service and will go there again but these are two areas with room for improvement if they want customers to be happy and return. More
