Just bought my third car with Peninsula Subaru. I also love that we get a lifetime of oil changes. They are trustworthy and don't waste your time. I also really respect that they take Sunday off putting their employees and families above profit, unusual and refreshing today. Carmen was a fabulous, kind, and a direct sales person. Richard helped us in the financing, they have all been quality staff, they even went out of their way to make this a safe and healthy experience during Covid. Subaru in general , is involved in many charitable organizations that help our local communities, they seem to care about people-Thank you! More

Joey was awesome! He was great working with me to give me a fair price. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because it takes so long to go through the process and I do not understand why. The price was negotiated, but we sat waiting, signing an occasional paper here and there, but it doesn't seem like it should take an additional 3 hours once the test drive and negotiations are completed.
