My service Department Representative was MITCHELL ORR, (I always ask for Mitchell). Mitchell is very knowledgeable and thorough, explaining what is needed and the cost. He has such good customer communication. When you bring your car to a dealership you bring it to a business that you have trust in, after all your vehicle is an investment. Thank you for the clean comfortable waiting area, snacks and water provided. Customer since 2007 and would recommend Peltier Nissan to anyone. More

The wait time for my oil change has greatly improved. I was in and out in less than an hour. The new lobby furniture is very nice and they always have the restrooms in good shape.
