Sold us a Certified Pre-owned Sentra, broke down 2 weeks after we bought it, would not start, plus had a vibration in front at higher speeds, they sold us a warranty, called for a tow, which took them 24 ho after we bought it, would not start, plus had a vibration in front at higher speeds, they sold us a warranty, called for a tow, which took them 24 hours to pickup the car, then the dealership had no loaners or rentals available and warranty did not cover a rental while car was in the shop, because the warranty did not start until 30 days after purchase date, so we lost use of the vehicle for a full week, they did repairs on a bad tire, bad battery and a valve/sensor. We are still waiting on paint touchup marker and extra key for the car, it has been 3 weeks since we bought it, would NOT recommend this dealership. More

I told your staff prior to my appointment that I needed to back up camera fixed they were no more prepared for it and then they told me I had to do something else.
