I got the typical upsell communication and they recommended spark plug replacement and full tire alignment among a shotgun blast of other recommendations. Knowing i did not need an alignment I only needed the requested tire rotation I didnt worry about it. I get my truck back and halfway home notice the same tire noise caused by the lack of rotate and looked on the receipt and notice they decided not to rotate. I didnt ask them to decide, just rotate. I had to take the truck to my local tire store and have them rotated. My truck has the Cummins so not sure where they were gonna find spark plugs... Never had problems here before Tech is 2299 possibly Bubba, dont have a name on the copy More
