We were told the car we were getting had all the features we desired but it did not. We went back to the dealership to discuss our options and the only alternative option we were given was to purchase a mor we desired but it did not. We went back to the dealership to discuss our options and the only alternative option we were given was to purchase a more expensive vehicle. When we declined that offer we were told we would receive a $100 check in the mail for our trouble and we did not get that either. In addition, we were told by the general manager at the time of purchase that the dealership would cover the cost of the gap insurance and unfortunately that was a false statement and the gap insurance cost got added to the cost of the vehicle , which we have to pay for. This dealership did not treat us fairly and we will not be purchasing any more vehicles from Peltier Nissan. More

Had appointment on Friday with Zach for 25K service, dealership didn't have all 4 tires I needed so made another appointment to come the next day (Saturday (another 30 minute trip)). When we got there dealership didn't have all 4 tires I needed so made another appointment to come the next day (Saturday (another 30 minute trip)). When we got there on Saturday, Dealership had not ordered tires and consultant (Anthony) said "this is not my ticket, i don't know anything about it" and was unwilling to help, provide any workaround, or apologize. Went down the street and spent my $ at Discount Tire. Won't be spending any $ on an services not part of my existing maintenance contract in the future. Very disappointed as previous service has been satisfactory.. . . More
