The salesman Austin, decided to play games and lied to me about the truck we wanted. After we got the financing lined out, I told him we would be there the next day at 2pm. The next morning, at 10am, I got about the truck we wanted. After we got the financing lined out, I told him we would be there the next day at 2pm. The next morning, at 10am, I got a voice mail that a family was looking at the truck, then immediately got a text that it was going to auction! Which is it - and WHY?!? I still had FOUR hours left to get there! I then sent him the proof of the terms of the loan. If we hadn’t had the financing, I’d have gone elsewhere. Then, while there we let Riley talk us into running an application. I should have stuck to my guns and said no - but they kept hounding us about it, saying they could beat the rate, and we relented. They said if they didn’t complete the draft for funds with our bank, then the transaction wasn’t complete and there wouldn’t be a loan! This turned out to be WRONG! The bank needed a letter saying the dealership didn’t intend to draft funds before they would close our loan. Then the finance guy lied later in email, saying he sent the letter to my bank, when in fact that wasn’t done! I told the bank it was sent and they couldn’t find it. Then five hours later it was finally sent! So unprofessional and stressful! We like the truck, but the overall experience was extremely unpleasant! Oooh and we bought an extended warranty and no one has yet to give us any details about it - even after I asked. Still have to figure that out - on my own it looks like! And lastly I feel like we got conned into $250 for oil changes and car washes. Both people made it sound like it was part of the purchase, when in fact I found a hidden line entry for $249 - that was NEVER mentioned. Now I have to drive an hour away to change the oil - in a town I hate driving to! Not a happy camper about this whole situation! And both of them need to slow down when speaking. So much info flying so fast we went home trying to decipher what all was thrown at us. Did we have questions- if we did we couldn’t think of any as our heads were spinning. Everyone was pleasant, but the fast talking sucked! More

Scheduled my truck with Mitchell Orr for new belt and flush and replace the fluid in all the systems. Nissan took me to the office and picked me up when the truck was completed.
