The experience was good until I noticed they did not apply the Peltier Savings ($4919 ) on my loan. I mentioned the Peltier Savings and Nissan Discount several times during our conversation. I showed him the car that I was interested in and that I had spoken with his Assistant. I ask her if I could use them as my down payment.( she confirmed by saying yes ) I gifted my current car to my Granddaughter.so I did not have a trade in. I was there for over 4 hours and by the time I signed I was exhausted. Monday I reviewed the docs and found that it was full sticker price. You were advertising this on FB and website. I sent pictures to Kendrick and ask him to explain why on Tuesday. He read it with no response. All financial companies comply to regulations!The Federal Truth-In-Lending Disclosure. Shame on me for letting my exhaustion not read this important information. This information was not discussed. I was actually rushed during the closing of the loan process. Amount Fiance should be around 28,716 and my documents show $38,510. And the Nissan Rebate went from $1500 to $1000.I would like to know why? ($1000 was applied) Jeremy did work very hard to get me a good interest rate! I greatly appreciate that. I have not reached out to Jeremy regarding my issue with the loan closing. If I ever send someone to the Peltier I will warn them!!!!! I am a repeat customer.Being single woman I feel like I was taken advantage of. More
