Poor communication with me about the delay in oil change and tire rotation due to a computer program change. finally i enquired after 1hour and 20 minutes and they got my paper work finished and was free to and tire rotation due to a computer program change. finally i enquired after 1hour and 20 minutes and they got my paper work finished and was free to go then i got to my car and i had to remove the plastic seat cover and floor cover before i drove out. pathetic!!!! The staff were trying to do their best, but their communication with each other seemed poor and with me it was polite and respectful but not as frequent as in the past. They got a lot of work done in a day, but the service contact person was replaced sometime during the day and no one communicated any progress to me for the last several hours of my waiting time in the lobby. They also left greasy handprints on the side of my vehicle, and none of the past additions like a carwash or vacuuming were even mentioned, even though I spent more than $1,000 with them. More
