Need to speak with a service advisor about my inspection. Supposedly a fuel line issue that was never communicated. Phone system is antiquated and aggravating. Zero ability to speaker directly to a servic Supposedly a fuel line issue that was never communicated. Phone system is antiquated and aggravating. Zero ability to speaker directly to a service advisor. Not even an option on the main phone system! Tried to go to operator and transfer to one, but nobody picks up, nobody returns calls. Useless. All other dealers assign an advisor who schedules you and stays with you until completion, and answers calls. The outsourced maintenance scheduling folks know nothing about your car, your maintenance plan, or diagnosis. Also useless. Fix your phone system and maintenance communication process. I promise it’s costing you massive amounts of business. I would never use the service after my prepaid plan runs out in its current state. No ability to communicate. Hands down had a great experience with Mr. Kendrick Price. He delivered on many aspects. 1: Great customer service and very personable. 2: Stayed in contact in a professional way, wasn't t Kendrick Price. He delivered on many aspects. 1: Great customer service and very personable. 2: Stayed in contact in a professional way, wasn't to over the top like some sales reps are but took my considerations for a car seriously and made sure to let me know that 100% it was my choice in the options available. 3: Went out of his way to take care of me. Didn't find what I was looking for at Peltier Nissan but did at Peltier Kia. And with that I highly recommend Kendrick for car purchasing. More

Made deal with salesman over phone. Submitted credit info, DL and insurance as requested. Made appointment for afternoon of next business day for delivery. Next business day they called and texted to confirm our appointment and I confirmed both. Later that morning they notified me another salesman had a family looking at buying the vehicle and it might not be available. Told me their policy was not to hold used cars. Then upon delivery of car found out even though the online advertisement listed factory extended warranty as being included I was told that was a mistake and it was not included. I will never purchase any vehicle or service from a Peltier business again. More
