Jim at service went way above and beyond in helping me deal with my insurance company. He made calls, sent emails and kept informed. Disappointed. Scheduled an oil change appointment via phone a week prior. Upon arrival I was advised that I was not on the schedule. My appointment time was 8:30 am. I called at 1200 to get an update phone a week prior. Upon arrival I was advised that I was not on the schedule. My appointment time was 8:30 am. I called at 1200 to get an update and was advised they couldn't provide a status of my vehicle. I finally got a call that my vehicle was done at 5:30. 9 hours for an oil change from a business that doesn't require an appointment is unacceptable, especially when an appointment is made. I'm just glad I didn't wait for the vehicle. More
