Disappointed. Scheduled an oil change appointment via phone a week prior. Upon arrival I was advised that I was not on the schedule. My appointment time was 8:30 am. I called at 1200 to get an update phone a week prior. Upon arrival I was advised that I was not on the schedule. My appointment time was 8:30 am. I called at 1200 to get an update and was advised they couldn't provide a status of my vehicle. I finally got a call that my vehicle was done at 5:30. 9 hours for an oil change from a business that doesn't require an appointment is unacceptable, especially when an appointment is made. I'm just glad I didn't wait for the vehicle. More

Always an awesome experience with the service department. Patti Slaton, the Service Advisor, went above and beyond to get me in to have my heater fixed and Patrick the mechanic did a great job fixing it. He Patti Slaton, the Service Advisor, went above and beyond to get me in to have my heater fixed and Patrick the mechanic did a great job fixing it. He even came out and explained to me exactly what was wrong and how he was gonna fix it. I highly recommend Pellegrino Jeep to everyone. More
