I only went in for an oil change lol! Went in for an oil change on my 16 Jeep Compass. Saw my buddies, Steve & Anthony while checking out the Cars in the showroom. I asked how much the C Went in for an oil change on my 16 Jeep Compass. Saw my buddies, Steve & Anthony while checking out the Cars in the showroom. I asked how much the Compass had changed in design so Steve drove one up for me to see. (I was just killing time while my oil got changed. 😄) Boy had it changed! Loved it. Said my "goodbyes" and Anthony said that "I'd be back". Well, long story short, I now own a 2018 Jeep Compass! Been buying cars there for 25 years. No better, fairer, more "no hassle " dealership around. Nice guys, too! Highly recommend. Tell them "Sharon" sent you! More
SERVICE MANAGER ANDTECHNICIAN VERY RUDE! Had to go in for service 3 times and my problem is still not solved. LADIES, please be careful when having your auto serviced especially when you have to take BACK in for service. Be sure to look at your service report where it has the In and out mileage of your vehicle. The 2nd time I took it back to be corrected the in mileage was 40 thousand miles over, because they FAKED the mileage failing to go out to read the correct mileage so they just lied and put the incorrect mileage on the report. They really know how to get over on a woman! Also the first time I called they were suppose to call me back, a week later still no return call. The second time the same thing, no return call! AGAIN THEY KNOW HOW TO GET OVER ON A WOMAN! No need to talk with the Service Manager (Jim), he refuse to listen to what you have to say by defending his tech, I found him to be VERY RUDE to women! He would not apologize for his tech telling a lie, and for putting a fake mileage reading in. My auto problem is still not solved! I will not go back to Pellegrino anymore, nor will I purchase or recommend anyone I know who is planning on purchasing a Jeep not to go to Pellegrino to purchase it. More

Awful service and management experience I bought a new car with less than 100 miles and had issues with the struts. In addition, my upholstery was never glued down and I didn't notice it un I bought a new car with less than 100 miles and had issues with the struts. In addition, my upholstery was never glued down and I didn't notice it until I left the lot. In addition there were other issues. Fan whining, and cluth pedel squeeking. I got a great deal on the car, $9K off asking price for a brand new car with 54 miles on it. However when I took it in for service, I was informed all my issues were repaired and it was time to pick up my car. They claimed to leave me a message but the never did. I had to call to ask what the status was. I live 2 hours away. I drove down to find not all my repairs were completed, conversely to what I was told by the service rep. They only told me to come down because although the car wasn't repaired, they couldn't let me keep the loaner car any longer. They said I'd have to return to the he dealership to compete the repairs. But I'd have to take back my car and they wouldn't let me keep the loaner. I than proceeded to say, I don't want to drive my car home unrepaired and it was inconvent for me to come back down, another 2 hours and I asked nicely to keep the loaner. Vince, the manager, then threatened to call the police on me for stealing a car. Absurd! Poor poor service experince. Poor management skills from Jim the service manager and Vince the sales manager. Never go to this dealership for service. You will get poor service from unqualified mangers who don't know how to speak to customers. More

Total Service Ripoff On Saturday, Jan. 1, 2016 I had my 2011 Jeep Patriot towed to Pelligrino because it would not shift from park to drive. They called me on Monday, Jan. On Saturday, Jan. 1, 2016 I had my 2011 Jeep Patriot towed to Pelligrino because it would not shift from park to drive. They called me on Monday, Jan. 3rd to tell me the transmission shifter cable was broken and would cost $480.00 to replace it. Because I didn't have the money, I asked my son if he could do this repair. He said yes and told me to decline the repair and let them know we will come get the vehicle. My son arrived Jan. 5, 2016 at Pelligrino with a tow vehicle to retrieve my Jeep Patriot. He was surprised to find that the vehicle was able to shift into gear and be driven home after paying $78.86 diagnosis fee to Pelligrino service department. When my son got home with my Jeep Patriot he immediately removed the shifter cover inside the vehicle and discovered that in fact the cable was not broken but a plastic bushing that connects the end of the cable to the base of the shifter was broken. Apparently the service department knew this because they had taped or rigged the cable to the shifter so they could drive and not have to push the vehicle out to the parking lot. My son returned to Pelligrino parts dept. on Jan. 7th to purchase the $3.21 bushing and made the very simple repair in 10 minutes. I thought for sure Pelligrino would offer some compensation, at least for the so-called diagnostic fee in the amount of $78.86, let alone an apology, but they never even acknowledged my letter of January 28, 2016; therefore, you can be sure myself, my family and friends will never patronize Pelligrino in the future. More

Had an outside mechanic fix the problem for an additional fee since Pelligrino denied causing it. 4 months later my wheel fell off causing 700 in damage. When I called the dealership I was initially told the wheels were pulled to inspect. After telling them what happened the story changed to claim they didn't pull the wheels. The repairing Jeep dealer said wheels only come off if not properly secured. Pelligrino is the ONLY dealer that had touched it. Of course they would deny it. Won't go back ever???????? More
