This is one of the better Jeep dealerships I dealt with. My one and only complaint would be is that the service department girls do not have the best customer relations and lack communication skills. My visits I am met with a subtle contempt and an attitude together with a splash of arrogance. My last straw for me was me was when I told my service writer girl where the problem clearly is, she quickly dismissed me stating the problem was diagnosed and it is something else . (Not even close to my description and not even same domain) Seeing her attitude was moving to stinky, (lol involving the Karen). I choose to use a different approach to my situation of a wrong diagnosis. May be it’s just to me. If the staff at pellegrino jeep is reading this; remind the service department girls less attitude don’t be hasty to correct a customer, and listen. They would learn something, also they may never know who is customer they are attending too. a genuine smile and a great personality would go a long way. In the end the wrong party would pay for their attitude towards customers…. More

Just over a year ago, I purchased a vehicle from Pellegrino. Nice people, but made the process more difficult than it had to be. Last fall, I found out the tires were dry rotted. Why were the tires Pellegrino. Nice people, but made the process more difficult than it had to be. Last fall, I found out the tires were dry rotted. Why were the tires not updated from the originals before sale? So that was an unnecessary $1600. Fast forward to today when I took my Jeep in for an OIL CHANGE. I received an oil change, tire rotation, air filter, cabin filter, and new wiper blades (along with a brake check, which they told me was standard anyway). They also wanted to sell me on an injection line flush for $299. Was told the price would come in under $600 before tax, so I declined the flush for now, which should’ve put my price at just under $300 before tax. They came out with a bill for $434.10, and the rep had the gaul to tell me he knocked a few dollars off the filters for me. Wha I’ve learned from Pellegrino is they know how to talk, act shady, and hold zero accountability for themselves. I say this with confidence after a few transactions with them now. Sadly, I will not be returning to this dealership for anything. Scam artists, and it’s not right. Hopefully those who need to see this, see it. A crap operation. My advice, just tell the xxxx truth to people and have some integrity. They just lost a sale on a new vehicle for my son’s graduation. Thank you. More
The dealership has always been great. I have purchased at least 12 cars from them. Service has also been great, except this time. When I went to pickup my car, I found it in the back I have purchased at least 12 cars from them. Service has also been great, except this time. When I went to pickup my car, I found it in the back parked under trees and sitting in 3 inches of water. No way to get in the car without going through water over my shoes. Point of interest, have you ever considered washing the customer’s car before they pick it up? A lot of dealers do! More
