I need to apologize to Anthony for a prior bad review I wrote. Anthony got involved and the problem was corrected to a 5 STAR level. All I can say is that this was my pandemic moment. Jennifer Toce did an OUTSTANDING job ordering my Jeep Grand Cherokee L from the factory. When i showed up with my printout from Jeep.com, we looked at some features that were on other Jeep’s in the lot, Grand Cherokee L from the factory. When i showed up with my printout from Jeep.com, we looked at some features that were on other Jeep’s in the lot, and then ordered my Grand Cherokee L Altitude with $1000 down. Build time was about 8 weeks. Jennifer kept me updated weekly on where it was in queue and once it was built! She notified me the day it was delivered and we picked it up four days later! Pickup took only one hour and it was the most painless vehicle purchase we ever made! OUTSTANDING service from Jennifer, Brian, Jim and the rest of the staff at Pellegrino Chrysler Jeep!!! More
