Always an awesome experience with the service department. Patti Slaton, the Service Advisor, went above and beyond to get me in to have my heater fixed and Patrick the mechanic did a great job fixing it. These guys were great, especially Harry and Anthony. Harry was my sales person and couldn't have been more professional and helpful. After locating a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica Limited at their lot on lin Harry was my sales person and couldn't have been more professional and helpful. After locating a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica Limited at their lot on line, I verified it was still there then drove an hour and a half to check it out. Harry met me outside and the van was ready for showing. When I came back to pick it up later that evening Harry not transferred my phone data to computer and went and filled up the tank! And best of all no hidden fees like I experienced day before in the Bronx! Thanks guys!!!!!!!!! More
