Rich went out of his way to show us (in the rain) all of the vehicle options available. He also took the time to explain all of the car features & sync my phone as well as answer all our questions. After a nightmare experience with one of the “big” dealerships, we found ourselves actually enjoying the car buying experience at Pelligrino.
