Double charged for parts. Ridiculous alleged “computer-generated” charge for supplies (shop cleaning rags, etc from the explanation provided). Oddly coincidental that it’s almost the same cost as the parts billed to perform the services. How are incidental expenses not built into the price of the service? I purchased my Jeep from Pellegrino and will likely be buying another in the near future but not from Pellegrino. This was also my first and last trip for service to Pellegrino. More
