With all the new technology, It was very overwhelming, but his knowledge of the vehicle he made me very comfortable to jump in it and drive it home. Brian the finance guy made me feel like family! He took the time and explained the entire contract. I left there with no questions and feeling really good about spending money (which I do NOT like to do). Vince went above and beyond with telling me all about the vehicle and putting me in good hands with Rich and Brian. Between the 3 of them, I felt like I was part of this amazing family dynamic . This is my second leased vehicle from Pellegrino. I was happy with the first experience of leasing my first vehicle, but I must say this experience of leasing my second vehicle I couldn’t be happier.
